Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by visionleaderio B.V. ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company"), you ("you", "your", or "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and visionleaderio.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or access our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

visionleaderio B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK registration number: 72594618) that provides specialist mortgage advisory services, credit repair assistance, and related financial services, particularly for clients with poor credit histories.

Our registered office is located at Parkweg 1, 2586 DR The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Services Provided

visionleaderio provides the following services:

• Mortgage advisory services for clients with poor credit histories
• Credit repair and improvement strategies
• Financial planning and budgeting assistance
• Guidance on government-backed mortgage schemes
• Liaison with mortgage lenders and financial institutions
• Application preparation and submission services

All services are provided in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union regulations governing financial services.

Client Obligations

As a client of visionleaderio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your financial situation
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation and information
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• Pay all agreed fees and charges in accordance with our fee schedule
• Comply with all lender requirements and conditions
• Use our services in good faith and for legitimate purposes only
• Not provide false or misleading information to us or any third parties

Failure to meet these obligations may result in termination of our services and may affect the success of your applications.

Fees and Payment

Our fees are clearly outlined in our service agreements and on our website. Payment terms include:

• Initial consultation fees (if applicable) are due upon booking
• Service fees are due as outlined in your specific service agreement
• Additional fees may apply for expedited services or complex cases
• All fees are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT
• Payment methods include bank transfer and other approved methods

Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges. We reserve the right to update our fees with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by visionleaderio, including but not limited to:

• Website content, design, and functionality
• Proprietary methodologies and processes
• Documentation templates and forms
• Training materials and guides
• Software and technological solutions

are owned by visionleaderio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, visionleaderio's liability is limited as follows:

• We do not guarantee mortgage approval or specific outcomes
• We are not responsible for lender decisions or changes in lending criteria
• Our liability for any losses is limited to the fees paid for our services
• We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. Our data protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You consent to our processing of your personal data as necessary to provide our services, including sharing information with lenders, credit reference agencies, and other relevant third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following circumstances:

Termination by Client

• With 14 days' written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately if we breach these Terms (subject to cure period)
• At any time during the cooling-off period (where applicable)

Termination by visionleaderio

• If you breach these Terms or provide false information
• If fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice
• If we determine we cannot reasonably assist with your case
• If required by law or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, you remain liable for fees incurred up to the termination date, and we will return any documents provided by you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

For consumer contracts, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first using the details provided below. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under Dutch law.

Force Majeure

visionleaderio shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or significant changes in financial markets or lending conditions.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
